1957 to 1964 Olds rear end. I installed new axel bearings and if i grab the tire and rock it back and forth i get movement like the axel end is moving up and down in the 3rd member. Is this normal. Thanks

Try another post with a specific****le, yours is so general it doesn’t draw attention. Like axle third member problem. Is the rear in the car ? Is the driveshaft connected ?
    Good luck

.....I think he can even edit his existing thread****le without having to start a new thread. On the first page of his thread there should be a drop down menu "thread tools" near the upper right.Good point though, Dean. He needs to make it more specific. At least this will give him a bump.
