It's an Aussie coupe ute but it's not right as the quarter window is off.

Aussie coupe utes were basically a coupe body with the ute bit in place of the trunk. Notice the "spear piece" between the bottom of the body and the running board. Aussie Model 40's were not partly channelled like the US bodies and they had the "spear" as a filler panel.

 

Dodge or Fargo coupe ute of late 40's or early 50's vintage.

 

I've previously seen a photo of the Ute that @j hansen posted, it may have been in the old publication that Hemmings published- Special Interest Autos. I did a google search and here is an article on the prototype. With a limited budget (L 10,000) for the project that may have been the reason the Model B rear roof line was grafted to the Model 40 body, at least for the prototype.

Years ago there was a radio program in America, the Paul Harvey Hour that was very well known for it's tag-line, "And now you know the rest of the story!" BTW, Paul Harvey was also an antique car enthusiast.
