I’ve always known it as a street rod event. As the hosting organization stands for. This was the first year I’ve been in over 20 years as I no longer live close by. I did manage to get a few pictures of some traditional hot rods while I was there.

  6. Looks like this 3 window took a hit! Cowl is bent, and I can't see the rear most header pipe, but it could be under the steering column.

I think it a reflection from that white bag against the other car?

Thanks for the photos. We canceled our trip up to St. Paul due to the weather forecast. Not worth the 10hr. drive and money spent to have half the event washed out. There’s always next year.

Red sedan is mine, and the bare 34 coupe project is my Dad’s.

I walked by your car on Saturday and saw a Hamb T shirt. I met your brother there, said you were walking around. Brian

Been attending the show since 1978. Didn't make it there this year. Found out I didn't miss being there.
    Priorities change.
Maybe next year although tomorrow is promised to no one.

  16. Next time turn your phone sideways so your photos are in landscape mode.

You'll be able to capture the whole car and less pavement/sky that way. ;)

I like his taste of the cars he posted also, The bad thing is that out of several thousands of cars that was there he almost posted a pic of every 28-34 ford that was there. I had a great time and enjoyed the show but in all my years of going to car events I have never seen as many 4 door tri fives and station wagons in one place as I did at this years show. there were probably well over 3000 59-64 4drs, wagons, elcaminos and that's not even considering the 60-64 C10 pickups. Not that those cars are not fine just not my cup of tea. I am looking forward to the frog follies where everything is pre 49 and older.

Of all the many many events I have gone to, to me that was the best!

Thank You roadwarrior84. Swell shots, great rides.
You can 'double' me up anytime with those.

I figure the shiny black paint reflects the plastic cover, hanging off the chair.
