Do these louvers decrease in size as they go down the deck lid? Or, is that an optical illusion?

I think that it is an illusion. it's a combination of the contour of the deck and the sun. U thought the same thing at first.

I you want really deep lovers ? After you punch them turn the panel over and un the cut line punch another set, and this is what you get. Just like a large mouth Bass. You can see the difference it makes. Twice the work and twice the fun. IMG_1498.jpeg IMG_1497.jpeg

Hey guys. Can anyone here help me - or point me in the right direction - getting some 1.75" louvers done on a small panel? Been shopping around online with all the big "louver guys" but no one seems to go below 3".

    Thanks!

Need to try that I have a place that could use this on belly pan. Thanks for the idea.

Had lots of fun in the Hotrod this year but I've been absent working n' things. Thanks for keeping things going fellas...some real lookers with plenty of punching...

@1-SHOT, I'm thinking the over and under louvers that have been featured here on a few occasions must create a different airflow on top of looking different. Perhaps more volume as well...

Many thanks to the Louversmiths here sharing their functional art as well...I have great admiration for your contributions to the big picture that is Hotrod/Custom/Race
