Seller says he has the hood and fenders. No bumpers or grille

FB can't recognize certain car names, so the posts get whatever they think the seller might have meant. You'd think with all the resources at META's disposal, they would be more accommodating.

BTW, when a person wants to post a vehicle from FB, click on Share, then More Options, then Copy.
Paste that link into the text of your post here on the HAMB
Just a picture of the FB ad makes it difficult to find.
And, the car may have already been sold. FB's search function is definitely inadequate.

Looks like Jag or MG, but I don't have the chops to confirm exactly.
I know a guy in the Ramona area who had close to a hundred cars, lots of them being esoteric stuff.

I'm thinking those are MGA coupes with the quarters unbolted, but I could be wrong.

Where’s that one? Looks like one that was running around Yuba a couple decades ago.

Well I don’t mind a 8 hour one way trip but I’m tempted to take the one that gets me the car.

Facebook has an "other" option where you can type in the model, but no one ever bothers to use it. Hence you get a 54 malibu....

The good thing about forums like this one is that there is always someone close enough to lend a hand. My wife plans on going to North Caroline yet this summer to visit her girlfriend. Since Tennessee is between the two something could have probably been worked out. Like let me drop the trailer with the car there and I'll pick the empty trailer back up on the way back to Iowa. The good thing about this thread is if you see that one you really want, say something and let the internet work for you. I've hauled boats, toyboxes, and cars all over the country lending a hand and have had people do the same for me. One person drove an off topic truck from AZ to Iowa while I was deployed and it was sitting in my driveway waiting when I got back from deployment.

Edit: Had to go back and finish the post. Part of it dropped off when I hit submit.

He's paying that 200 back to whoever loads it all up and takes it away.;)

That looks like either the ol guy that gathered it all and you should bring a couple Sharpies and stickers and ask/label each item, or it's relatives and they ID'ed the best they could from memory.

Now, I don't know if this qualifies as inexpensive but it sure is interesting. I don't recall ever seeing one on here before.

^^ The '60 El Camino looks like a good deal. I can't believe that's still for sale, unless there's something massively wrong with it that isn't obvious.

  30. Not the cheapest posted here. But complete and solid. Has a SBF in it so no worries cutting it up

chop and maybe full fade away front fenders
Lean the sail panel foward…. Would be fun anyway
Get rid of the modern seats though
