COE Buy-Sell-Trade COE stuff HERE!!!

I am thinking of selling my second COE as I know I will never get to it. It is ***led as a 42 and in my name. Looking for around $4500 for it, but it is in Alaska, so shipping. There is a trans in it but no engine.

 

Do you hav any idea what this part is called?
