Technical Bent 12 bolt rear end?

Just ask at a couple of machine shops in your area. We would straighten out large over hung fans, by welding/heating certain spots on the shaft, to get them to run true. Same idea, different application.

 

Bet ya these two boys could straighten that out in a jiffy YEEEEE HAWWWWWWW!!!!!!!

 

There has to be a circle track shop in your area that straightens rearends. I mean, there's a handful within fifty miles of my house. You ought to be able to find somebody.

Getting a different housing doesn't do you any good if you have to weld brackets on that one as well. Housings always need straightened after welding no matter what some people will tell you.

 

Cook's machine shop in LA can do it. I've talked to them a few times

 

A lot of shops don’t seem to want to touch this kinda stuff these days. I’ve got some fresh leads from folks on here though so I’ll keep at it. I found a replacement but you’re right I’m afraid welding on it again.

 

@gimpyshotrods can do it, no idea of costs or turn around.
