    Debut of our Family 53 today at local car show . Took 12 years of on & off again balance between Family , work & life. Can check out build here on HAMB under 53 150 Build

  5. How wide are the whitewalls? Been debating on whitewalls for my 53 and every time I look at this thread I debate harder lol

    205/70r15 on a 6 inch rim give it a little lower but not too fat appearance

  8. I was meaning width of the actual white wall part. Most of the ones I see say 2-3"

    Had 3 test miles near flawless before show & now 5 miles as I live close to state park where held , lol

    I walked away from it twice as life intervened but as old man aged “his first car” I lit a candle under my rear last fall to force completion 12 years total. By yourself 99% of time makes it slow ,cheaper but very meaningful & up to your quality standards ❤️

    I think knowing your son did it & grandson detailed it to perfection means alot to my dad .

    Boy is that’s the truth this is our 4th frame off plus many others I’ve sold along life’s journey. The key is don’t let them sit , exercise them regularly is a must. Next I’ll turn attention to Dads 55 hardtop for long over do maintenance

    That just has “classy” written all over it. I’ve always had a soft spot for in line 6’s, and that one is beautifully done.
