How wide are the whitewalls? Been debating on whitewalls for my 53 and every time I look at this thread I debate harder lol

 

205/70r15 on a 6 inch rim give it a little lower but not too fat appearance

I was meaning width of the actual white wall part. Most of the ones I see say 2-3"

Had 3 test miles near flawless before show & now 5 miles as I live close to state park where held , lol

 

I walked away from it twice as life intervened but as old man aged “his first car” I lit a candle under my rear last fall to force completion 12 years total. By yourself 99% of time makes it slow ,cheaper but very meaningful & up to your quality standards ❤️

 

I think knowing your son did it & grandson detailed it to perfection means alot to my dad .

 

Great family heirloom.

 

I think you will find that they are never really finished.

Boy is that’s the truth this is our 4th frame off plus many others I’ve sold along life’s journey. The key is don’t let them sit , exercise them regularly is a must. Next I’ll turn attention to Dads 55 hardtop for long over do maintenance

 

Miss the 210 I had.

 

That just has “classy” written all over it. I’ve always had a soft spot for in line 6’s, and that one is beautifully done.
