  1. Thanks for sharing all the pics. Certainly looks like a better turnout this year. Unfortunately I couldn’t go.
This hand built by Luc Delay is over the top.

  7. Thanks for the extra pics of the Delay car. He certainly was taught well, presumably by his father.

There was a white one in AACA museum a few years ago. Supposedly was built by the factory. Thanks to Anthony for taking us along. Great pictures.

@anthony myrick , I am chasing the color of this A Tudor. I was told it is a Chevy HHR color called Travers Blue but when I do searches that does not look to be true. Anyone have any idea whatt this color is?

no, he built that for himself. but he does that kind of thing on a gigantic scale for a living.
    here is their website. https://specproj.com/
here is another example. when he was a teenager he worked for the A bros. He bought a brand new 66 GTO and the A bros customized it for him. he eventually sold it but found it and bought it back decades later, a very short time before the A bros were going to be the featured builder in Paso Robles. Ken bought the car and brought it to work he and his crew completely restored it (they touched every single part) in 6 days including candy paint. and it was beautiful

  21. Use the year, name and code and go to a real auto paint store. They will have multiple chips to look at.

Thanks for the pictures. Hot SOB Friday. Several cars that were magazine featured years ago. AMBR and Riddler winners along with beaters. Little something for most everyone. The weather was a lot nicer on Saturday. The race track supplies the food vendors which explains the ungodly prices.

Note to anyone who may attend next years event: bring your own food and drinks, yes the prices were nuts, ($17 hamburger) but the waiting in line to order then wait for the food was insane. Some waited an hour for their food after they waited in line for an hour to place the order. Leave the food trucks for the spectators.
There is zero shade inside the track except for the garage area that housed some of the 150 vendors, I expected that so I came equipped with a pop up. Otherwise the facility was fine, clean restrooms that always had paper, I even saw an employee walking the grounds with a broom and pan picking up trash, nice. If you attend the event I am sure you will glad you did. I liked the cut off years for entries, 1972 for cars and 1997 for trucks, most were well under those years and the Hamb friendly vehicles were well represented.
