It seems to resemble very closely to a '39 Pontiac but I couldn't find a match for the grille center.

 

That center piece kinda looks like '39 Dodge, but it's not, and that's definitely not what the rest of the car is. Could that have been part of a decorative grille guard or something?

 

If you look close at the other wrecked 39 Pontiac you can see it's the same and Dodges don't have the ''waterfall'' trim.....It's not always a Dodge! JW

Interesting, very interesting.

 

Our HS soccer team had a yellow, checker airporter named the Banana that we took to away games when the bus wasn't available. We would all open a door and put a leg out so it looked like we were "Flintstoneing" it.
Add the aroma of Icy Hot, sweat, socks that were over do for the wash...smelled like teen spirit!
