When I was about 8 or 9, when my dad was laid off from the steel mill, he ran a Pure station for a friend of his that owned and ran a Texaco station. I spent a good amount of time hanging out with him during the summer months. A lot of good memories there with him. But at some point he was called back to the mills. I wanted him to stay at the gas station. He obviously made the right decision but I sure missed that time at the Pure station.
