  4. Sad to hear this, I remember when I was younger seeing him out on Van Nuys blvd and at the Street races. lately over the years I would see him at local car meet's and shows. He was a funny guy and always driving something interesting.
    RIP

Rip , He built some cool shit...

  19. I always dug most all of @Groucho’s cars (both HAMB-friendly & O/T) … but I think my favorite was his “Survivor” Deuce Tudor:

Every time I read a post about another Hamber that has passed it makes me sad. Also it reminds me we are all just here for a short time. Be nice to the people around you, cherish old friends, and keep on moving. :) RIP Groucho

The first thing I read on the HAMB was a thread Groucho was heavily involved in and featured some great street racing stories. Been coming here daily ever since. I always looked forward to his posts. Sadly, I never let him know how much I enjoyed his stories. As a fellow non-typical Corvette owner, I hate to think he had to let the Corvette go before he went, but I get it.
RIP Groucho, and thanks for introducing me to the HAMB.

Some guys just give up livin' and start dyin' little by little, piece by piece
Some guys go home from work and wash up, and go racin' in the streets

Time does go too fast, I see that he was 9-1/2 years younger than me and reading is stories I always thought he was one of the "older" guys. May he rest in peace.

Farewell to another long-time HAMBer, the collective brain trust shrinks a little more.
He got the most out of this place, as I recall he even managed to get himself BANNED from here some years back, but he will be missed. Godspeed Groucho.

Too young. He was very active when I first joined the Hamb. I liked all of his cars he built. I too liked that Tudor with the Pontiac Mill but really dug that C2 vette!
