Thanks for the coverage, there are many beautiful cars on display. So far my favorite is the '32 Victoria everything looks right on it from the black paint, the stance, the wheels, etc. Hope to make it to the Roc next year.

looks like quite an adventure. what a great bunch of cars! we don't seem to have HOT ROD shows around here anymore. everything seems to be mixed and less and less pre-48 cars.

Here’s a few more from the party Saturday evening

 

Early sunday morning we hit the road, mostly backroads, it was absolutely beautiful.
Also 65 is the speed limit on some of those back roads!!

Saw some killer cars getting gas in Kansas

got some exhaust work done at Wizards muffler repair in Coffeeville Oklahoma

stopped at a truck stop in Missouri and they were cashed out

also Josh’s shifter boot tore and he improvised to keep the heat off of him!!

And eventually wound up in Ft Campbell Ky for the night. My first time back there in 45 years

 

The sun comes up super early in Kentucky
so I did my morning stretches, ate some breakfast with the crew and hammered down. 582 miles to home!!

ben sent me a meme that I can absolutely relate to especially considering that towards the end I had to turn my car off to get it in reverse

Since 40 is closed in NC we stopped at Jeff Butz Home for Wayward Transmissions in Va and checked out all of his cool stuff, then balls out the 2.5 hours home.

was a great time, a great show and great people. Couldn’t ask for much more.

if you’ve never been you absolutely need to put this on the calendar for next year!!!

also was an honor and a privilege to roll out with the Rolling Bones crew. Always the kindest and most hospitable crew that doesn’t mess around when it comes to puttin down miles

 

Oh and incase anyone is wondering that last picture is my legs and ass imprinted in my mohair interior…
