I worked on and or in all of those casinos. Before I met her, my wife was a cocktail waitress at Sahara Tahoe, just down the street from Harvey's. I lived there 8 years. I used to joke that I only stopped for a drink and never had enough money to leave after that. It was a great place to live if you aren't married.

Many years ago I saw one of these grilles in a 53-56 Ford pickup. I believe in was in one of the “little” car books of the 50-60’s…
