I've told this before.
in 196? the Nevada Gaming Commission chained and locked the casino doors for not paying a Keno winner. I don't know why they didn't pay, I only know I saw the chains through the handles of the doors.
Casinos typically didn't have locks on their doors because they never closed.

1957 Chrysler Windsor Town and Country wagon, not the clearest image but from nearly same angle and you can make out all the details.

 

Dick Sutcliffe was a very good race driver. And his son, Rick Sutcliffe, was a Major League Baseball Cy Young award winning pitcher.
