Screenshot_20230727_180536_Chrome.jpg Interesting car. Can someone explain the step down at the back of the roof and what's going on here?? Never seen anything like it.

  7. dearjose, 3 32 5 windows were chopped this way. 2 are still around. I've seen the 2 that are still around. I heard one was lost in a fire, and I would guess this is the car that was lost. The other 2 are street cars.

  8. So you’re you’ve got to umm, Ramble On? He he.

  9. That T looks like a '70s build with those wires and Cobra VCs. The radials kill the vibe on a cool car.

  10. And the front suspension appears not to be HAMB material.

Oops. I didn't catch the big brake rotors and calipers on the front too.

  13. Wonder if you have my actual old car. Not too many of those around. I bought mine in 2006 and had it shipped in from CT. Bombed around in it in So MD (Mechanicsville) until selling it in 2012 or so. Only saw 1 other Comet in MD (a 61) the whole time I was there. At one point I had the 60 Comet in my profile pic and the black 62 S-22 together. Always wondered where it ended up??

When chrome wheels were a "new" thing, they were so right. The now aftermarket smoothy things just don't have it. You have to be able to tell what original wheel was plated & sometimes reversed or even got a Buick cutter.
