Projects Horn wire tip

    In my rewiring project on the '52 Willys Aero, I'm replacing the horn wire that runs down the column and haven't been too successful finding anything that resembles this brass tip. Any search for bullet connectors brings up garden variety male/female plugs. Wish I had a good hardware store near me... Anyone know the proper name for this gizmo? Tanks!! Horn wire tip.jpg

    I might try to reuse it - as much as I've been burned doing that in the past.

    does the brass part unplug from the other part? and you can use a new crimp on male bullet connector to replace the used one?

  7. That looks like it is on a bullet connector, probably not too hard to take off…..
