    Hi guys
I have a ford 32 handmade frame with a 1934 built x-member, where i can find reference where to mount the brake/clutch pedal?
I have 1939 pedal set but no. Mounting holes on the cross member , planning to mount a 29 body on it

That depends on where your firewall is, and the seat, the steering wheel, and transmission. Have you even mounted the body yet?

I don't have the body, this is why i was looking for kind of blue print for the pedal position

Will you be using a Flathead and '39 transmission?

All the things I mentioned are variable and moveable depending on engine and the size of the driver. Would be futile to mount the pedals without the rest of the information.

As said it all depends on body position. I recommend at least get a cowl so you can position the pedals in the floorboard

  10. Never mock up major parts without all the major parts. That is building a hot rod 101

My mantra is "don't get ahead of yourself", it doesn't mean I'm always successful though!

  12. You might want to post your question on Fordbarn (https://www.fordbarn.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=4) and the Early Ford V8 (https://www.earlyfordv8.org/forum/viewtopics.cfm?Forum=18) sites. Ask "Does anybody make (or have a design for) a bracket to mount a hydraulic brake master cylinder in a 1934 Ford? Since these are sites oriented towards restorers LEAVE OUT THE REST OF THE DETAILS. They do periodically cover hydraulic brake conversions as they are a safety issue. You might want to contact Richard Lacy at earlyv8@aol.com (mail), earlyv8garage.net (web site) to see if he has anything. I have hydraulic brakes in my AVATAR but it is entirely different animal (K member). If you get lucky the stock brake location may be close to what you need since whoever installed it would want the engine in the same location.
