I think you may have discovered the whole reason the camera was invented..... bitchin car, not really what I would imagine an attorney driving... must be a really cool guy...
I too remember that post and the amazing photos you took that night. Once again it was proven to me the visual power of the still image(s) a perfectly composed photo can brand in your mind years after the first time you see it (them). They are an amazing group of photos.
Me too, last time I couldn’t order from my phone, pictures and a T shirt cool stuff. A most excellent photo! Thanks Ryan
Man that pic wreaks 1940's. I would have guessed it was one of the old ones from your file. Great pic.
What a great car, captured in a great photo. That’s a good idea, having your attorney with you when you’re out on the town.
That's a testament to my amateurism, plain and simple. This week, I’ve been wrestling with larger prints—a whole new kind of madness. The bigger the print, the bigger the flaws. Details that were charmingly inconsequential at a smaller size are now glaring, unforgivable sins. For every three I crank out, maybe—maybe—one is worth keeping. The process is maddening, but what the hell… I’ll keep at it until the frustration outweighs the fun. That’s the game, isn’t it?
Hey @Ryan "Perfection cannot be rushed" But if one is lucky and the timing is right, the image of "perfection" can be caught in a frozen moment of time! Once again, you have demonstrated that! Thanks from Dennis.
Great photo Ryan! Getting the "golden hour" just right is always the hardest thing to accomplish. I have wasted more film and time trying for the best picture many times. So I tell you that as I shot probably 100 images of my flying flag attached to my profile to get the image as close to perfect as possible. I know I posted that picture for Veterans Day which is now past and I should change the picture back to my '34 Ford but I haven't just yet.
Aww that pic is rad @Ryan I don't know if I'll ever get the courage to take it back to blackwall, but man this makes a case. Let me know if you make more prints!
that car reeks 40's style. love the way they did the top. Way cool! the picture is done with perfection. thanks
Love that car, love that style. A photo by me of a car that brings a smile indeed. Thanks from Dennis.
Took this the other night and then some guy yelled at me and called me a Soaphead while I was standing there, I think he thought I was in his way? I'm still kinda confused about that
