My orphan Mickey Thompson wheel, with matching center cap (thanks to a fellow HAMB’er).

The flat back wheels had interference problems with disc brakes. American created the Torque Thrust D (Like Wheelguys fronts) with the curved spoke and a relief cut in the back of the spokes to clear the calipers.

  3. I think you miss understood me. You are correct in what you're saying but I was talking about the inside of the spoke casting

I scored a pair of M/T wheels for the back of the race car earlier this year.

I would like to find a pair of the center caps.

I got lucky. A guy on here had a single cap. I had a single wheel…. They are suprisingly heavy for such a small part.

I understood you 100%. The original American Torque Thrust was also flat in the back - and had uncurved spokes like your wheel. American came out with the modified spoke "D" so you could use them with disc brakes. Your wheels may not work with disc brakes unless you add a spacer.
