This is “Parts hauler IV”. 2020 High Country, 6.2L (92 octane), 10 speed, 450 hp, every conceivable option. I’ve only put 19000 miles on it but they have been effortless. You can’t feel the trailer back there and I get 12 mpg towing. That ain’t bad.
Thats my 50, dont know how in hell I got 3 pictures and no writing, guess its not OT is it? BUT THE MUSTANG IS,
1939 ford truck. It looks like an old truck but it has modern suspension and brakes. Not sure where this fits in. It’s not really a restomod it’s not traditional. Its not a rat. It’s definitely a patina truck. From every angle it looks like an old farm truck the only difference is the ride and brakes. Probably the same category as a 32 hiboy with ifs
Hello, Sometimes, a truck just needs a little upgrade to make it run and handle better on our old coastal beachfront roads. The weather and usage by a zillion cars makes the roads not the best for daily driving. Most of the time, our modern cars absorb the bumps and hazards as if they were not there. But, for some old cars, the situation makes the old suspension work a little harder, so newer radials, larger rims, perhaps disc brakes all make for a nice stance and ride. This old Ford truck is a daily driver and has been seen all over the So Cal coastal areas. Jnaki Black, lowered stance, new tires and new 5 spoke wheels all make it one great work truck or daily cruiser in a field of white, grey, modern cars all over the place… Please note: for those that like low profile tires of any kind, the less rubber that is between the rims and ground makes a harsher ride, even if you have great shocks and springs. Compared to slightly larger rubber or as the size of tire grows, more road absorption from the added distance to the ground and more flexible rubber. YRMV
Here is my '62 C10, it came from San Francisco and now has to live in cold Germany, but it is as good as new again. Greetings Harald
This is my '54 Ford, OT due to wheels. Sold it and wish I had it back. The black one is the wife's, it's a 2016 GMC, cut and buffed, pinstriped, most of the emblems removed. Never been in the rain, never had anything in the bed, never eaten in nor smoked in...and just turned 30,000 miles. View attachment 6256864
I recently bought this 1970 F100 from @Chris -- Great original old pickup. Shows 53k miles and sure appears to be correct. 302/auto.
F150 regular cab with the flareside bed. 4.6 2v, 3.55 rear. 18" wheels/tires. Bucket seats and center console. Definitely O.T. Definitely fun truck.
1995 F250 my son had in his junior and senior years in high school. 351, granny gear 5 speed, Dana rears.
