Here's one that 40ragtopdown posted in the Traditional Images thread;

 

That's in front of Bailon's shop in Hayward CA. Miss Elegance to the right, the Chevy in the back is a known car, but I don't remember what car it is, I don't recognize what appears to be a 54 or so Merc in the back. The Betty Elizabeth Shampoo truck has been redone, Bob Drone owns it. I think that "Chevy in the back" is a 49-51 Ford with trim mimicking 53-54 Belair. Look to the hood/fender line... looks to be even height. I think it was on the front of a full size magazine like Motor Trend or another, painted blue, if I recall

 

I think you're right, I can see the flat windshield, that makes it a Ford.

What will you power it with?

 

This was never a car made into a Pick Up. It is a TT not an AA, and it was always a Truck. JW
