    OK, show of hands here...
    How many here have "fond" memories of trying to start one of these on a cold Christmas morning and having the prop kick back and smack the heck out of your frozen icicle fingers??
    There is no pain quite like it.....LOL

    Never was into planes but for Xmas when I was about 8 I got a Cox powered '57 chevy drag car. Pound a nail into the street asphalt and another one maybe 100-150 feet away and I believe we used thick fishing line to thread into the chassis and attach on each nail. Had a little spool on one of the rear tires for the pull rope. I can remember my dad showing me how to start it up and he'd hold the car and let it do a one legged burnout before letting it go.
    Might have been the greatest Xmas present.
    Still have it!
    Looks like this one I found doing a search, same color too.
