Glad you've got it to where you are happy. I wouldn't worry about a panhard bar as long as it feels ok while cornering.
Ok, the radius arms will put some twist into the rear, but at least the ends are mounted near the centre of the car and not on the frame rails. The ideal situation would be for the two arms to come together at a single point, like an early Ford.
A torque arm is normally required when the original early Ford radius arms are used. Yours look to be custom made.

While there are tweaks that could be made, they are probably unnecessary and what you have now is ok.

I really wanna thankyou for this post... when I first got this car,,,, man thats a lot of yellow!!!!... so I was on the same page as you..I didn't build this car, so alot not to my taste or style... but it is what it is, I have chrome steering rods coming,.. and new valve covers.. and if I get some burst of energy... thinking of painting the engine black... got the lic plate frame w/ light mounted.. seemed to clean up the rear.. so like you, I think the more yellow gone the better... I also think the car would look way better satin black,,,,but thats cause I don't like yellow hot rods,... or should I say,,,, not for me...

For me, I tend to agree with what you said in a previous post and that is "This was supposed to be a Parts car" Your rear suspension is done wrong! The rear bones as ladder bars is a bad idea, exspecially the way they have been done on this car. They connect to the frame with a solid mounted Rod end. The trouble with this setup is when you go over a uneven road it will twist at the threads where the jam nut is causing the jam nut to loosen and then the suspension will articulate on the threads. You should at the very least replace those rod ends with heim joints or tie rod ends. Also at the current pitch of your rear shocks I am unsure if they are even effective at all.

pretty spot on post... I've been under this car for hours try'n to figure out why it works so well.. Ive even sketched the suspension out on paper...and came up with it not working at all...I'm thinking that it has such a small arc of travel????,,, the shocks work great.... I had the idea of heims. but,,, thought it might make it allow the rear to have side to side movement... and then need a track/panhard bar???... also with the bones welded solid at the rear not much movement.... so where I'm at... I wanna see it not work first before I change much...I'm gonna say, and just guessing... it's been that way for 45 years.... maybe longer... theres no visible signs of stress anywhere...i would also say that suspension travel to be some where around 4" 1 up and 3 down
