I think this one looks like some bad photoshop work. It sure looks like the driver's arm on the wheel, his head/with helmet over the back of the person shopped in and everything from bad lines to no shadow from the shopped driver over the car. There's a shadow under the car from the car why not a shadow of the alleged driver?

Except both sites say that is a 1956 crash. I can’t find a record of a 56 crash mostly because he didn’t race F1 until 58. That appears to be the Ferrari he crashed in 60 hitting a straw bale. The account of that crash does not mention him being ejected from the car. Normal photo of the 58-60 Ferrari. He was seriously injured in the 60 crash but no mention of ejection.
