I'm on record here of agreeing with 55 and if that 's the notable difference thanks for pointing it out.
I don't care what year model it is, 33 or 34, I really like the slant.

Some really cool vehicles in the weeds there.
The 2 story COE RV and the roadster in particular.

Possibly to avoid confusion with No.6 if inverted?

    Hello,

Here is a great photo of @1oldtimer and his old Ford truck parked just down the street from the old photo and still existing location of the San Juan Inn/Capistrano Trading Post.

If anyone comes off of the I-5 freeway at the Ortega highway exit. The San Juan Capistrano downtown is just a block away and the main entrance from the freeway/street leads right to the still existing store location.

    Here is a local tip:

If one needs a great meal or two, breakfast to dinners, just up the street leading to the Trading Post is a revamped restaurant called, Tavern at the Mission. It is a new restaurant taking over the old Cedar Creek Inn Restaurant, holding over some of the more popular menu items from the original restaurant from 20 plus years ago. YRMV

    Note:

If one explores the California Missions as required in all elementary school curriculums here, as you go to the famous San Juan Capistrano Mission and the “return of The Swallows” history, you can’t miss the old café/trading post.

“Ortega's Capistrano Trading Post is located across the street from the historic Mission San Juan Capistrano and itself has a rich history. The Old Mission Trading Post was originally built in 1947 by a former Hollywood art director named Henry Oliver. The Trading Post was built on the site of Fred Stoffel's former San Juan Inn Café - the first cafe in San Juan Capistrano. (pictured below - circa 1920’s)

The San Juan Café had also served as Fred Cason's movie house during the 1920s. The facade was changed in 1953 to the Western false front appearance it retains today. The trading post was purchased in 1987 by Bill Ortega who still operates it today. Mr. Ortega comes from a long family tradition of operating trading posts dating back to the mid-1800’s.

Mr. Ortega represents his family’s 7th generation of dealers in Native American Jewelry & Turquoise. The Trading Post today also offers San Juan Capistrano souvenirs, artwork, crafts from local San Juan Capistrano artists and California Mission Collectibles.
