Just curious, why are there 2 wing nuts on each air cleaner? Aren't these just regular AFBs?

The air filters were a large diameter and the housings were offset to clear the ram tubes.

Some pictures have 32 Fords (3 window & 5 window) with suicide doors...some not. How did Henry make 'em ?!
