I've noticed that when you do something around here....right or wrong... the trolls come running to tell you what a mess you made, how it will never work...how you should not be allow in business and such... So lets reverse that,... I have a 32 chassis... the rear is 60'' wide... though not a wanted thing to do,.. I purchaced a 56'' wide rear as to be able to fit the tires and wheels I want...with the 60'' wide I need 6'' of back space.... can't get there with a 5 or 6'' wheel.....so... gotta narrow the rear...

the chassis has a cross leaf, which I wanna keep... it also has split wish bones... whats a better way to hang the rear??? on a cross leaf the movement is straight up and down...

If you have a pic it would be more that helpful

of coarse this would require use of a lateral panhard bar

I was aware of that, which is why I asked! If its not broke yet it'll probably last a while longer.

upload_2025-2-3_12-36-14.png I have this and a cross spring in mine, seems to be OK for me. How wide is your existing spring?

If the shackle angles are correct at ride height it'll work just fine.
