Might be a spot for woodies, but this is a 50 Merc. Parked here at the Dawsonville Moonshine Festival last fall. Currently undergoing full engine remachining for rebuild, new OD trans, brakes and front suspension.
Lol! That was ten years, I just thought it was a kool pic..... Merc is parked at the station staying dry and not as cold.
Somewhere I have pics of that Merc I took at that same show with the hydraulics fully lifted. I'll be dipped if I can find them. LOL Pretty sure that was taken at a show in West Memphis fall of '87.
Dad's 51 at the 81 leadsled. The car was worked on at breakneck speed to get there. More fine tuning was done later. The fuel tank had a dent and debris and no time to change it out. We bought a bag of Ford type fuel filters at Kmart and kept changing them. At 14 yro I was allowed to change them out by myself on the road side. That was when I knew, that I was a Pharaoh.
