Ok, I have an off topic project that I am gathering parts for. It is kind of a ford daytona coupe meets a gt 40 kind of a thing. I desperately need a photoshop guy to assist me. I am willing to pay, anyone want to help me out?

What would the Chevy fast back roof look like on the shoe box

I just took the top, with the windows, and stuck it on, matching the door seam position. I'm thinking this would be the easiest way to do it in real l ife.
To get the rear to go farther back, you would need to do a little more work.

Rear quarters need tipped forward like the rendering and let the roof flow all the way to the bumper. It would definitely be a ton of work to pull it off right .

Could I please, please, please get someone to make my Model A the green colors below with my wheels black? If the greens are so close in color that it won't make a difference could you also use the silver color with black wheels. I have my car at the body shop and have to make up my mind very soon. It would be rally nice to see the colors on my car. Thanks

  10. There are so many greens out there that you should post a sample of what you want. I don't have photoshop but someone that does will need the sample. My AVATAR has a green body with green wheels and they are very different.

  13. I am beginning an early 60's styled T project. I have a 21 T coupe body, a t bucket frame, a pontiac 317 V8 and 2 vintage Radir 5 spokes. Could someone take the image, chop it (1 windshield), paint it white with 50's/60's style dark green flames with dark green pontiac engine in a t bucket frame. I would like to see the radir on the front with steels on the rear, and switched to get an idea of placement. The white coupe has the style of flames I was thinking. Thanks in advance!

It looks more like red mahogany stain instead of walnut, red tint instead of the dark brown I think you want!

I think the problem is that the wood and the metal are from different schools. The wood is finished to today's expectations and the metalwork remains to be done. You would probably get a better idea if the guys photoshopped a paint job on the bed sides etc.
The color you choose for the metal will suggest how the wood should be finished.

Agreed regarding paint. For instance, I think it looks good in weathered wood next to the existing paint.
Also, here it is in what I might call black walnut.

  22. I like the weathered look, this is a shop truck so not really finishing any paint to any show car status, the underside of the truck and engine bay will be finished though.
The wood is red oak so I'm not sure if that would mess with stain choices.

Mine has oak also. I had to leave the truck outside for one winter and it turned gray like the picture. I'll probably sand it down to get the color back but if I wanted to leave it gray, I would just give it a good coat of varnish or something to keep it from deteriorating further.

    Yes @Unclebrad,
The weathered grey look is keeping more in the overall theme of the truck.
Maybe a coat of grey primer on the metal would bring it all together even more.

  25. Could I please see this coupe chopped, fenderless, with a V8, and with radirs on the front and steel wheels on the back and then radirs in the rear with steel wheels up front? Also, any 50's/60's era paint.

Hey all, I'd like to see this Pontiac Wagon without front emblem, side trim, and rear trunk trim. Smoothed if possible and same green as the main body. Thanks.

  28. You would have to extend the front to balance thing off and make it look correct
