I'm not a ford bloke,but there's something about those first Falcon's styling. I don't think they ever recaptured that,at least here in Aus. Same as the Valiant. imho.

 

Is that a Valiant behind? Reckon it will have another model name....just because they gave it an ugly grille! Why do car company's mess with a good design,thinking the consumer "always" wants something new in next years model? There is an old saying...When you're on a good thing,stick to it! I know that won't last forever,but hark back the Beetle.
