Hello HAMB! We just announced this event this morning at the all clubs breakfast in Kent Island. This is just a last minute drafted flyer since we were waiting for confirmation from the venue we were using. To be held at the Easton Firehouse in Easton, MD. Will post updates and more info as we go.

    Thanks!

A few minutes ago I was looking at a photo from the final Jalopyrama.

    Is this an indoor event?
    Looks doable for Me

Rain or shine. Indoor cars are pre-selected and will be setup the day before, and outdoor cars register at entrance the day of show.

  19. We made it to the show in 2021. Really enjoyed it. Glad another version of it is in the works.

    ****NOTICE

Hello, I just want to clear things up in case there is any confusion. This is NOT THE official Jalopyrama Hot Rod Show. It is a TRIBUTE to the show. The original event was founded by Mike Szuba with help from the Rusty Nuts Hot Rod Group. Thanks Mike for giving us the green light!
The Colonial Rodders car club is hosting this event. A few of us were with the Rusty Nuts so we are hoping it will be as successful as the original ones. We will do our best to live up to its name, so that we can continue the event every year but without the Jalopyrama tribute name. As stated before, we will eventually get an official flyer out there with more info with the start/end time, location, and local beneficiaries etc...
Thanks and hope to see you there!

Location: Easton Firehouse. 315 Leonard Rieck Dr. Easton, MD 21601

    Thanks,
    Scott

Such a great idea, Scott. We all miss the Jalopyrama. What a great event it was for all of those years. Sure hope everything (including the weather) works out for you and the rest of the Colonial Rodders. This could be the start of a multi-year run for yet another fun show....Don.

@Scooterville , will there be a theme for the indoor show, or just the committee selections of pre 64 rods?

Since it’s our inaugural event we are going to mix it up so we have a little bit of everything. If it’s a success (anticipating it to be) then we will probably do a theme next year. Moving forward, to 2026 the show’s name would change to something along the lines of ‘Colonial Rodders presents - The Mid-Shore Motorama’ or ??.

That would be fun, as always. I'm not sure I will be able to make it, but we'll see.
