I have 5 packages of "American Hammered" piston rings "W K0-511 Standard B"
What are these piston rings for?

Can’t say for sure but I bet I learned of the brand by looking at Warshawsky & Co./J.C.Whitney catalogs as a kid. Can anyone check their old catalogs?

Here are pictures, this package has to be from the 1950s or 1960s

In Sarasota, FL, in the mid-1950s our family was vacationing there and in the motel was an American Hammered sales rep. He gave me several full color post cards of cl***ic cars. Recently, while going through memorabilia, I found one.

OTOH, in sixty-five years of building engines, I've never encountered a set of American Hammered piston rings.

Did you contact the website or look for a number to call?

I had to take pictures first, I will, but I suspect its a "different" company as in a successor company.

It says “a 100 year old …”. Unless you call, you’ll never know.
And all they would need is the numbers, I doubt pics would benefit at all.
