I'm going to say probably AI generated. There isn't any visible support to suspend those cars in the air. Even if they were hollow plastic, I doubt the single square metal pole by the fence could hold it.

If you right click to save the image it,s labelled Labrooy Pontiacs. Then search Labrooy Pontiacs on google images and you get all sorts of crazy cut up cars from the artist or AI fella robot or whatever. No cars were damaged in the process.
