    Before spending a lot of time in Photoshop I reckoned it'd been done to '60s iterations, either in pixels or in steel:

    I saw this last weekend at the Crown Point Concours in Indiana. 331 Cad powered, tilt front end, strange I beam front axle with no wish bones.

    Allards were known for their "flailing axle" ifs, which was similar to the LMB conversion for Austin Sevens and British Fords, and latterly to the Fatman split-axle arrangement. It'd usually have some kind of fore-aft location, though.

    Allard stuck with it long after others would have reckoned they'd been there and done that.
