Got my first Canadian Hot Rods magazine today. Just finished browsing thru it and lots of cool stuff going on up north. I subscribed out of curiosity. $45 for 6 issues. It'll be interesting to see what's happening up there compared to the US. Lots of color, good quality magazine, arrived in a heavy plastic wrapper in good condition. Something different for a change.
Terry Denhomme's the owner and a long time car guy / drag racer who just gets it. He always does a big coverage of the Northwest Deuce Days event coming up this July and his Christmas issue is always a keeper with @jeffnorwell art adorning the cover! My coupe made the pages on their "what are you building" section where I got a couple full pages with the write up I did for them. Great mag!
He includes more US show coverage than he used to (the big shows), but there's still a ton of Canadian content. I think you'll find that our car culture is thriving and we have a lot of cool cars up here. Thanks for supporting a Canadian publisher!
I have been checking the mail box daily for my copy. This issue I was able to contribute the Traditional Tech on my 283 Swap in my 40 Sedan.
