    Knew of a couple in CA, I've seen listings in FLA. AZ is pretty lax for registering stuff. Kei cars/trucks, 4 wheel Off road stuff is regularly spotted with plates. I've got an 86 XR250 and a 4 wheel 250 ATV, both have plates.
    I've heard FLA is even more so.

    Every one I've seen has you sitting bolt upright in addition to being super tight.

    Huh? It's different I think it would be cooler without the 32 grille the original I think would look cooler? IMO 9a3128546424e03060aed56531c5a770214e13b8~2.jpg

  10. The convertibles and twodoor coupes for sure. Sedans are nothing special here in Europe, just a hobby car. All of them front wheel drive.

    Don't think it would do very good on the dunes. Now with a little more HP and different tires it would be a real sleeper at the stop light. We have never weighted it, but it is really light. Wouldn't take much to really surprise some people on the street.

    Is this your “Volksrod”? Probably the nicest one I’ve seen…

    Thanks, it is ours. Really surprised there is not more interest in it. Lots of no shows and one guy in Texas wanted to pay us after the car was delivered to him.

    @SIU3 I hope you offered him a bridge first!:rolleyes:

    Considering the average person who
    A. knows what a T-Bucket is and
    B. knows not only what a VW flat 4 is but how to work on it, and
    C. is looking for a fun runabout and has a garage to keep it in
    it's a little easier to gauge possible market size. It's a shame, looks like a blast.

    Did he want you to pay for shipping too? And want to beat you down to 10k? I've given things away on Facebook marketplace and people had the nuts to ask if I could bring them the stuff ! SMH

    Only way I'd even consider it is if it had the full Corvette Summer paint too!
    The recent thing is to compare to others here.

    It's pretty poor for a graphic, but you can scroll over the dots and see OE big blocks for that price.

    That looks like the old KingRay kit from Kings speed shop in Landing Ilinois.
