Volpe was a story told many times. People have dreams but can't make them happen. Tucker did it here but got screwed by Detroit.
    Love the Subaru!!

Those Talbot's are fabulous. Here is a Morgan Aeromax concept car that never made it to the production line. I like it!! Morgan AeroMax concept.jpg

I've always liked the Citroen Traction Avant. I got to playing around with a printout picture of one to make it into a Airline, sort of. Please excuse the drift away from cyclecars. citroen traction avant airline.png

It sure IS different! Looks like it should have cowled spare wheels mounted behind the front wings.

I agree. The front is too long. That is why you should make a plywood mockup before cutting metal.

  15. Well ofcourse if you owned a Bugatti racer in 1950 you would stay at the Chevron Hotel in St Kilda. Have to keep up the high standard of living. Across the road you allready had the Albert Park street race circuit ( Formula 1 street circuit now ) and around the corner the infamous red-light district of Melbourne.

Older pics of mine; when I was a kid I used to walk past an old/closed Subaru retailer and there were two or three Subaru's in the window for years, possibly same as this one or very similar. I remember they were a grey colour. IMG_0348.JPG IMG_0349.JPG

Morgan made an attempt at building a delivery model. It was a failure due to the single rear wheel. It stuck up into the load area and the added weight was too much for the single wheel.

The video was taken years ago at the Bruce Wiener Microcar Museum in Madison Georgia, the museum has since closed and the contents were auctioned off. This particular example now resides in a private collection in Wisconsin.

Thank you for the ride and view of the countryside. Where in England was that?

    Hi Bob
It is near the town of Blandford Forum, in the county of Dorset, in the southwest of England. Glad you enjoyed the scenery!
