Thanks for posting that, I always appreciate learning more ‘32 history.

 

Very interesting, I’m not aware of any similar efforts here in the U.S. to set records like that.

 

The single low front headlight with side fog(?) lamps gives the cars quite a distinctive look.

I don't think so since its 18".

 

Someone at the Eligor Model Co ( France ) decided to do a Euro Deuce Tudor Van with Miami Fire Dept on the sides and do it in a scale of 1-43 . They almost got it right, Euro Deuce is smooth around the rear fender, no reveal/swage.

 

Local auction for this Fordor is up to almost €16000 at the moment.

Original fella @57snrf who started this thread has been gone for a whole year exactly to this day.

 

I hope it finds a good home!

 

The original poster still posts car pictures quite frequently on Facebook.

 

Now in the hands of a local dealer who is asking 27500 Euro.
