The Graffiti Merc was a prop at best, but it was one that got me into Mercs when most others my age were into Camaros and GTOs.

 

never seen a custom Merc with Ford tail lights.

no, this is factory. Mercury made woody's until 1951. this one is a 1949

guess i grew up in a poorer area...

 

they did not make very many, and being woodies the survival rate was much lower.

My Dad was a true Car buil

I remember reading this to my Dad his eyes grew big and his smile well if you knew my dad his smile would light up a room . My dad was a true car guy he is truly missed by his family and friends .Dreamin lead my dad to his final resting spot just like he would have wanted .Here are some pics that taken a few days ago Dads send off.
