The saw is a butchers-bone saw from a meat shop, used to see them in every old time country butcher shop back in the day.
Got this in today very nice bezel. The needle not at zero is concerning but price probably reflected that.
It’s wavy I got a couple good running 235s. Thought about taking one and playing with the intakes I have Might do that when a get a couple of W1s got several Rochesters and a matched pair of YFs.
MADE IN USA === Must date back to the mid 1960's. Looks unused might be an unused Christmas or Birthday gift. It will hit the classifieds. Bob
An Edelbrock stovebolt set up. 3 new spun aluminum air cleaners, an aluminum FH breather, what looks like a 40s gm air cleaner(would like to have another one) and a pile of 94s and 97s And a stock stovebolt intake/exhaust
Here’s what’s in the carb pile 4 94s. One looks like an early version stromberg stuff. Most look like 97s. Some large logo some small. there’s one complete 48. Some bodies don’t have any numbers in em One had a chrome base and hardware a long time ago. There’s another old chome base in the pile. A lot has been bead blasted. tops with chokes and without. Guy I got em from said his dad was the local carb guy. Could be leftovers. Theses not much lincage there.
I got this "James Smarts Crescent" a couple days ago at the local flea market. I can't find anything about it, but I have seen plenty of old cast iron fry pans labelled "Smart" made in Canada.
Whitworth, of course. We didn't have that stupid French system of measurements back when this wrench was made.
This is the one I got in the late seventies. The packaging on yours sure does look older. 60's for yours sounds right. This was the wrapped up air cleaner. Louvred with a mesh filter made into it. Haven’t seen this one. GM dual quad?
Always thought those were a neat looking air filter. They look kind of restrictive, anyone know how well they flow?
It looks like a tool to insert in a spark plug hole and turn the engine by hand and watch for it to stop moving indicating tdc. That would explain why it has a timing tape with it
