The first legal beer leaving the Pearl Brewery as Prohibition ended at 12:01 a.m. on September 15, 1933 and, as you can see, the brewery was ready. Although Prohibition was ended nationally on December 5th, 1933, Texans had voted to allow the sale of 3.2% beer a few months earlier.
