IMG_1569.jpeg I have no patience to make things shiny and smooth. So I weld together rusty stuff . If anyone is wondering why the local flea markets don’t have 5/8 box end wrenches it’s because I have bought them up for cow legs lol

    Hello,

Despite the hemi motor, the RPU was light enough to be legal for extra strength, wire front wheels. The 671 supercharger was enough to make this lightweight RPU nice for street action and also cruising.

I had driven in a T-Bucket that also had wire wheels in front and it was very low to the ground. It seemed like we were scraping the asphalt as we drove the hot rod down the street. But, in this RPU, there are custom bucket seats to give support in those cruising times.

The custom individual pipes go into a collector evenly and have an exhaust line running under and out towards the rear tailgate.

The last item of note would be the lifting, lockable rear bed cover. There is always something that needs to be locked and away from prying eyes… YRMV

A colorful addition for the custom folks… plus a slight rake for some attitude.

    Cool view of the Chevy
The beauty of being retired is that everyday is Friday or any damn day you want it to be.

^^^^^^^ Love that rippin' shot, 49ratfink! Love your baby too, Moose!

Excuse me guys, if I take the liberty given to us, and I go OT with my 'lil truck for just a minute. I trust one of you will reel us back into the more traditional again ;).

The painting, which I treasure dearly, and it hangs in my man cave; was done by my friend, Stephen Brown (aka: Spoggie).
Hey Steve... I saw in your build thread, your 'lil Holden was coming along nicely. Also, your creations that you share in that thread are dardy as hell! It would be great to see you again sometime soon, my brother.
    Cheers, Rob
