In my opinion, that really means nothing, this car would look better all black. Those gold scallops do nothing for this car. Even my own car, my avatar, I wish I hadn't put the scallops on it. I guess I'm tired of them on my car. I painted my car probably 30 years ago, and the paint is still nice, so the scallops stay.
It certainly differentiated it from the over 500 deuces that were in attendance, not that there’s anything wrong with black,black,black- just ask 3WLarry.
