Personally, I think 1961 GM Corona Cream is one of the best

  7. What he just said. 80 Corvette Frost Beige. Painted a 60 Chevy Sedan Delivery that color. It's a really nice color. Here's a quick video of the car.

Wimbledon white or Colonial white from Ford are both off whites or cream coloured. I think Wimbledon white is still available on new pickups.

It may have been a nice color, but I wonder about anyone who would have ordered a new Corvette and wanted it painted beige. :D

Going 2 tone on my 31 tudor, I'm using Mopar cool vanilla. Also note that Mopar had a couple different versions, don't know if it's on purpose or alternates.

I've looked at numerous Mopar cars and trucks this color and there seems to be 2 primary versions, one is closer to white and the other is more of a cream/yellow tint.

@nochop appears to be the "whiter" of the 2, I chose the more cream/yellow version....

  19. The Porsche color is on my list for my 49.

I believe there’s an older vw color closer to cream

    There’s a 356 colors called glacier white:

    IMG_0032.jpeg

It’s a super interesting color that can look almost green under certain lighting.

Then, there’s my favorite Porsche color… Light Ivory:

    IMG_0033.jpeg

Pictures don’t do light ivory justice. In person, it’s very, very warm… Warmer than Ford’s Wimbledon White, but it’s not yellow at all.

  21. International chip sample from the 50s.
IMG_7881.jpeg gm also had a color called buckskin in the 70s IMG_7882.jpeg
I’m not the boss so I’m not posting a 70s gm ride :)
But like a lot of gm colors there’s more than one version.
    Here’s a few VW samples

When it is all said and done trying to choose a color from internet pictures is a shit show.. I am the one that took the picture of the shoebox in the first post and I have owned several butternut yellow chevs. That is what it looked like when I snapped the picture

  24. And using a chip book can kinda make ya go snow blind
A master chip book would probably have a dozen pages with colors that fit cream or light beige.

Indian motorcycles and Vespa have a nice color close to what’s been posted.
I’ve seen similar colors used on everything from Rolls Royce to refrigerators.
Just to pile on some more :)

I assume that you’re looking for a color for the 34? If so, what year was the original built? That may give a clue to the color used? Assuming it was a factory color and not a custom mix??
