No, the additional tail lights. Back view has them, profile does not.

 

One has the standard station wagon two piece tailgate, the other one has the sedan delivery one piece unit.

I would have bet that was an owner creation. A one window, delivery. But...Why?

 

If it’s a real thing I’d guess visibility? I only say that because Groucho told me he hated driving a 59 delivery he had for a while. Said lane changes to the right was unnerving.
