If that turns into a 3 hour cruise, make sure the millionaire has the steamer full of cash and text me.

Yep. First year we were in a late model. Last year and this we're in Clarence (avatar). For good reasons I keep the old pic as my avatar, but here's what it looks like now:

    @Smithshotrodinterior,

    Come make some new friends.

Oh, yeah, how 'bout putting your location in your bio? Or; where's 2 hours south of Camargo?

Me too, car is ready maybe change the oil and check tire pressure. Bringing both my boys, gonna stop in Nashville for a little honky tonking Wednesday night

  9. All you Lloydfesters how about some Schuylkill County, Penna. delicacies? We have the best Keilbasy in the country. And the greatest brewery in the world (Yuengling). I am thinking of some keilbasy sticks and some Octoberfest beer. What say you guys?

  10. Please do! I would be honored to sample your kielbasy sticks!! The only thing I can think of from St Louis would be some toasted Ravioli. However, to be truly enjoyable, they need to be deep fried. If anyone can figure out that angle, I’ll bring the T-Ravs as we call them.

Toasted ravioli is really good. Most of those places on "The Hill" are great.

  12. Our favorite restaurant is on The Hill. It’s Pietro’s. Wonderful food and atmosphere. Not far from Ted Drew’s either!

IMG_8343.jpeg IMG_8342.jpeg IMG_8345.jpeg IMG_8344.jpeg IMG_8346.jpeg IMG_8341.jpeg Lloyd and all y'all, somehow I lost the address of the park and am wondering what the rough Itinerary for Friday-Saturday would be. Places to stay were probably discussed and would appreciate any info, may just sleep in the back of the wagon at the park if allowed. Thanks.
    Looking to arrive Friday noonish.
I am almost ready for a start but ran into a kaput solenoid that is coming Monday. I’ll be driving my dd, just ran out of time. Note the freshly installed dual fan ac, shop rates, engine pics, 2do list.

4134 Camargo road. Mt Sterling Kentucky. It's the park behind the firehouse. There'll be a sign where you turn in. Yeah you can camp at the park

  19. I would do the scrapple if anyone wants to do it for breakfast. Me I can eat it anytime but most people do it for breakfast. I did the sticks because it is a anytime finger food. Maybe some ring bologna with some horseradish.

Never had the pork roll. that I remember.

Lived outside of Phillie in the early 60's. Think Pork Roll was a Jersey product but don't recall for sure. You guys enjoy all the fixins. And maybe some Genesee Cream Ale for anyone coming from upstate New York or the surrounding area.

  21. You wont believe the area unless you have been back east lately. Its bad.
Genny Cream Ale ran its course back in the 70s 80s. Dont hear much about it anymore. Upstate NY maybe. I tried some a while back again. I spit it out. I am a Rolling Rock or Yuengling guy.
Sure wish I was taking a hot rod and not just food and beverage. One I dont trust and the other is not completed. But I have missed 2 Lloydfests already, not missing another.

I'll introduce you to country boy brewery  not to mention Buffalo Trace distillery. I'm not a beer drinker these days.

  23. I am not a drinker period. I will have one or 2 when I go out for dinner. I am more a stay at home vodka and cranberry drinker. Crystal Head is my vodka of choice. Once and a while I will get on a rum and coke kick. Then it is Capt. Morgan Private Stock. Maybe I will bring my mint tea moonshine for you guys.

https://jackazzdistilling.com/ this is to close for my comfort. less than 10 minutes.

  24. @CycleTech & Everyone Else,

I want to make sure everyone knows that this is NOT a "DrunkFest" that folks that don't drink would be uncomfortable at .....Think more family friendly. Sure there is some alcohol if you want a drink & the 1ST Lloydfest had a lot consumed around the campfire, but this is a GREAT bunch of Folks & bad stuff just don't happen with our group (unless of course you call me singing Tom Waites bad!:eek:). Have a few drinks if you wish, but that is definitely NOT the driving factor of this get together. However...I am also a fan of Cap't Morgan's Private & YES, I would love to sample your Mint Tea Moonshine!:p

    God Bless

Sounds like you folks are in for a real good time. X2 for Buffalo Trace. A little White dog will cure just about anything....:D

  26. Part 2,

I am hedging my bets just in case I can't get a little help in the next couple days on Stubby. Fired up the GP! I'm bringing something LOL

  27. You are absolutely correct. If it was about the drinking I would never attend. I was just gonna bring a taste of local Penna. fare. It is Keilbasy sticks and some Oktoberfest for those who would indulge. See me for the other Bill. Now about this challenge race. Are we gonna do it outlaw style? Arm drop? Lloyd gonna give you the hit? Any money gonna be on the line? I cant pick a favorite, I want both my Tri 5 brethren to win.

  28. That is beautiful!!! If you bring the Pontiac, could you accommodate an extra passenger for the poker run? There’s 3 of us and Papaw only fits two!

  29. Sure Andy!

Wasn't planning on Gucci going on the Poker Run anyway as Stubby has NO back seat, so yes...If I bring the GP, they are more than welcome!!!

    God Bless
