Technical COKER 5.50 15 TIRES ON 6'' WIDE RIMS???

HERE'S THE PROBLEM... THE RIM i ORDERED COME IN 6'' WIDE... i USUALLY RUN 5''... well. after I orderd the 6'' wide,... I found some 4'' wide..... will the 4'' be not wide enought,... and the 6'' be too wide...the tires are 5.50 15's

 

4 will be fine.

 

thanks, here's what I come up with after looking at it closer...gonna run the 5.50's on the front with 4'' wide rims... gonna use the 15x6'' on the rear with 8.20 15 tires...then for my option wheel.. gonna run the 10.00 x 16' cheater slicks on 8'' wide rims... that way if I plan a long trip, (besides on and off the trailer) I don't have to go out of town on cheater slicks.... try'n to remember , but seems to me the slicks don't last too long if you run them out on the freeway...??? in put welcome here... oh, and the car is a henry 32 chopped 5 window that I'm pulling the st rod out of...

 

wish you were in vegas.... I have 30 cars that all need some work... I work on them light to dark pretty much every day....

The two sources I found said 4” - 5” wide rim or 3&1/2” - 5” rim.
I have mine on 5” rims and the rear 8.20 x 15 are also on 5” rims !
I wouldn’t be surprised if they also work on the 6” rims………
