How much pinion angle is optimal? one drop off the clutch at 4500rpm lmao... spun the axle tubes.

 

OOPS! That may be a bit too much pinion angle.

Did the center turn on the tubes, or did the tubes turn on the ladder brackets? Either way, it pretty much sucks.

 

WOW, looks like the welds on the ladder brackets are ok, I’m thinking it takes some pretty serious torque to twist it up like that. That sucks brother. Well the gremlins are heading south and should soon be past your car.

Lunch at LF III

 

I clicked the button on a new quick performance 9", says it'll ship Tuesday.

 

Been there,done that, my driveshaft got tangled up with the emergency brake cables, the driveshaft looked like a pretzel, I had to find a hardware store and buy some large cable cutters, I was lucky to find a salvage yard that had the correct driveshaft.

Last time I ever dumped the clutch, You don't want to do that when your 1,200 miles from home. HRP

 

How you making out? Did you head to Lloydfest?

 

im at the place my gf rented instead of sleeping in the car (such a damsel ) is there any point in heading over to lloydfest, im 10 mins out.

All he has to do to get it back where it should be is dump the clutch in reverse, problem solved
