PHOTOS: Goombah's car show San Jose OT addition

this show has been going on for like 17 years, I seem to miss more than I attend, but I made it this year.. I wish these people would stop putting big wheels on cool cars, but what can you do? haha.. you can photochop 18" American 5 spokes into 15" 5 spokes and post it in the HAMB friendly post.

this is the main reason I am doing this OT post... this Gran Prix was so cool. I think it is a 67.
had to give it a little photoshop-drop for extra coolness.

 

this Nova was pretty cool

 

I'm seeing a trend where big 60's barges are getting done up more and more.

 

could not get a decent shot of any of these 3 due to the way the show was set up. very annoying.

 

I must admit I like this truck... some sort of LS (?) motor under the hood

 

51 Mercury bumper guards make up the grille on this one

 

VW club was there. lots of busses... not much of a VW guy but I did like this dune buggy and oval window.

 

this red Impala was an SS 427 !!

 

This is a 1966 Grand Prix.

 

thanks for the info. just went to google what the 67's looked like... I had a 1970 back in the 80's.

 

I had a 65. It was a great highway car.
